Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms were almost okay, except for the TV that wasn't working at all, and the towels seemed very old. The service, especially at the restaurant, notably the 'mezanino,' was really terrible. On the bright side, they offered a decent buffet with made-to-order omelets and pancakes out on the patio.
Upon walking into the hotel, I found the room to be comfortable and clean, with helpful staff. However, the room was quite small and overlooked a building site. The hotel is in a great location, near Casa Port train station and the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some delicious offerings but challenges in finding a clean table or cutlery. Overall, the hotel offers a good value for money.
I will not recommend anyone, not even those I don't know, to stay at this hotel as there was a shortage of rooms even after informing the Hotel in advance and check-in on the 2nd day of booking, resulting in getting assigned rooms typically reserved for tour groups that do not stay long. On the positive side, the room provided was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like a hot water maker for coffee or tea, a hairdryer, a safe, a small shower room, and a separate toilet 'closet'.
